Logging in with Facebook

Postby rafaamartinez » Tue Aug 09, 2011 12:36 pm

I just downloaded Fotobounce and everything seems fine except when I try to log in with Facebook. I get the message "Please try again later" every time I try to attempt to use it. How do I fix this?

Facebook introduced a bug that caused this to happen and it has since been resolved.

Hello,

It seems this is happening again. Just installed Fotobounce after that, clicked on Facebook login link at the sidebar, Facebook login window pops up and says "An error occurred with Fotobounce. Please try again later."

Tried to login at the top, it loads Facebook (like in the browser). Closed the window, clicked on the login link at the sidebar again and... "An error occurred with Fotobounce. Please try again later."

Any fix for this?

Hi Chris, this problem just popped up today. We suspect that Facebook changed their API without notifying us. Anyways, we are investigating and hope to come up with a solution very soon.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

The problem that magically appeared on Aug 1 has also magically gone away by 9pm New York time. It seems that Facebook had a glitch with their software interface and that caused the problem. Sorry for any inconvenience.
