Fotobounce is configured to check our website to determine if there are any updates available. And if they are available it will download an update zip file. Sometimes this update file will fail to run, but as long as the file exists Fotobounce will keep prompting you about the update every time you start it. We realize this is annoying... in V3.9.1 we put some code in to delete the update file if you choose NOT to update. However, for those running previous versions this still could be an issue.

The fix is simple - just install the latest version from our website: V3.9.1 and then delete the update zip file. Try the install over top of the existing installation - if you don't receive any complaints you are good to go ahead and delete the zip file. But if you do get some error messages - you may have to uninstall the current version - note that you won't lose any data by doing this. And, you may need to delete the "Fotobounce Family" folder from your "Program Files (x86)" if the uninstall does not get rid of everything properly.
