With V3.9.3 we had an issue with Facebook logins as a result of a change by Facebook in their login handling process. This was corrected with the latest V3.9.4. In some cases you may have left-over Facebook login tokens stored on your system OR you may have remnants of old Fotobounce versions on your system.

To get a completely clean restart on Windows you can stop Fotobounce from running. And then proceed to delete the following folders. You won't lose any tagging data - that is stored along with your photos folder in the Fotobounce Data folder.

Then download and install the latest version from our website.
